Shipping policy

 

GREAT INNOVATIONS, LLC offers free standard ground shipping on most orders over $100.  Order totals under $100 will be charged a variable shipping fee. Free shipping is calculated based on order total, not order subtotal. The order total is based on the order amount after any coupons or discounts have been applied. Free shipping offer applies to the lower 48 U.S. states only — Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & all US Territories may not be eligible for free shipping.  Please contact customerservice@sprayandgone.com for more information. Shipping

Standard shipping is USPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states. For more information about orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & all US Territories, please contact customerservice@sprayandgone.com. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the ship-to location. GREAT INNOVATIONS gladly accepts orders from the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges will be assessed when the order is placed.  

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days from purchase (excluding holidays). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
