Pour & Mix
Add Outdoor Cleaner concentrate and water into your tank sprayer according to the dilution guide below.
Spray & Saturate
Apply onto a dry surface and fully saturate. Let the formula do the work — agitate only if needed for stubborn buildup.
Rinse & Reveal
Rinse the surface clean with a garden hose or pressure washer. Stains, mold, mildew and algae wash away on contact.
Dilution Guide
One gallon of concentrate cleans up to 200 sq ft (porous) or 600 sq ft (non-porous). For lighter jobs, dilute 1:4 and allow it to sit 4× longer to extend coverage up to 1,800 sq ft.

Always test on a small inconspicuous area first. Rinse adjacent plants and metals with fresh water within 10 minutes of contact.
Use It Right.
This is a corrosive concentrate. A minute of prep keeps surfaces, plants, and people safe.
Causes burns to eyes and skin. Do not swallow. Do not get in eyes. Do not get on any skin or clothing. Do not breathe in fumes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Use with adequate ventilation. On skin, wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Drink plenty of water and seek medical attention if needed. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
